I am a natural person and am not entered in the Mercantile Register, so no commercial registration data applies. This service does not require prior administrative authorisation, and I do not practise a regulated profession in connection with it.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase Hosting, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Servers are located within the European Union (region europe-west1, Belgium).
Purpose of the site
LifeSparks is a personal memory journal that I offer as an information society service. During its early-access phase the service is provided free of charge. No online sales are conducted through this website.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logos, and software of this website are owned by me or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Content that you create and upload as a user remains yours; see the Terms of Use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the site without my prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Liability for links
This site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. I have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. If I become aware of unlawful content on a linked site, I will remove the link.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
This legal notice and use of the website are governed by Spanish law. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available. As a consumer you may address any complaint to me via the contact form; I am not adhered to any consumer arbitration board and do not submit to one voluntarily.
